I’m Tan from <House Number Provided>, Jln Tmn Seputeh 2.
Lately I have noticed this chap going around our neighbourhood requesting for money. It usually happen towards the evening time that I have seen this chap.
The first time I noticed this chap was around in Dec’08 approaching a house a few house down the road from where I live, jln tmn seputeh 2. That was approx 8pm.
The second time, can’t recall the month, was approx 6+ in the evening where he carried a plant and approaching a few houses to try to sell it. Not sure whether he succeeded in selling off the plant.
On 22/3/09’s evening while going for my usual evening walk I noticed him again this time with bandage around his next (probably a fake one) and approaching houses for money at jln tmn seputeh 5 & 6.
I’m just worry that he may start something more drastic if he cannot get enough “income” visiting houses in our neighbourhood.
I hope you can assist to post this up at Orang Seputeh blog to inform others and be ready to call in the police if this chap start making further rounds at our neighbourhood.
